Join Norah, one of  Rick Stein’s ‘Food Heroes in her kitchen at Grange Lodge in the early Spring, Summer, Autumn &  Winter  Seasons

and see first hand how entertaining and family food are made easy ... !

Norah’s food represents the best of family cooking, traditional but nutritious, full of new

twists and flavours . . . emphasising the opportunity for you to make the best seasonal use

of local produce, stocking and using a good store cupboard !

              

The October Sessions represent the pick of the Autumn recipes that Norah has cooked and  presented over the past few years and are particularly for 'Newcomers ! . .  they will include aHarvest Loaf’, made with Soda Bread Flour & Buttermilk !  . . . Brambly Apple Pancakes,  . . .  and who wouldn’t want to be able to make a fresh Wheaten Loaf’ and also some fresh Strawberry Jam’ . . . some of the most popular family foods like ‘Pizzas’ and Spaghetti Bolognaise’, made with only six ingredients ! . . .  Prepare ahead a lovely

‘Sunday Lunch’ . . . some wonderful Snacks’ to make with ingredients straight from your Store Cupboard’ ! Not to mention preparing healthy ‘Crispy Cod’  with

a whole grain ‘Mustard Mash’ . . .Norah will also include one or two Puds to drool over.  Blackberry Meringue Roulade’,  and Hot Sticky Pear Pudding’ to name but two . . and also how to make a goodShort Crust Pastry’, which is a must for Winter Warming Tarts and lovely for ‘Mini Banoffie Pies'  !

 Why not enjoy a very sociable occasion in ‘old worlde’ Georgian / Victorian surroundings,

 with like minded friends who just want to be able to prepare and make good wholesome food that you will be able to enjoy after  the demonstration . . . and take home a personalised folder of all the tasty recipes !
